GMRS Channel List & GMRS Repeater Channels

Below you’ll find two tables that break down all 30 GMRS channels. The first covers Channels 1 through 22, which are used for simplex communication (radio-to-radio without a repeater). The second table lists Channels 23 through 30, which are commonly used as pre-programmed repeater pairs, giving you extended range through a GMRS repeater with a +5 MHz transmit offset. Whether you’re programming your handheld, coordinating with a local group, or building your own repeater network, these charts will help you stay organized and informed.
