Russian missile breaches Poland airspace.

Here is an update on the Russia-Ukraine war.

Early on Sunday, a Russian cruise missile aimed at targets in western Ukraine briefly breached NATO airspace, according to the Polish armed forces.

In response to the breach, Polish forces were promptly placed on alert.

Russia Launches 57 missiles

In the pre-dawn hours, Russia unleashed a barrage of 57 missiles and drones on Ukraine, targeting key areas such as Kyiv and Lviv in the west, dangerously close to the Polish border.

Despite the onslaught, Ukrainian air defense managed to intercept 18 out of 29 missiles and thwart most of the 28 Shahed drones launched by Kremlin forces, as reported by the country’s air force command on Telegram.

Ukraine Strikes Russian Ships

Simultaneously, Ukrainian forces retaliated by striking two Russian ships off the Crimean peninsula, annexed by Russia.

Poland’s defense minister, Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz, emphasized the need for vigilance amidst these escalating tensions. The incident marked the third breach of Polish airspace since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine two years ago.

Done Attacks

Explosive-laden drones inflicted damage on Danube port infrastructure in Ukraine’s Odesa region, adding to the escalating tensions.

As Ukrainian forces continue to fend off attacks along the extensive front line, they also struck targets within Moscow-controlled territories, demonstrating their abilities.

Kyiv’s forces targeted Russian vessels and military installations in annexed Crimea once more on Sunday morning, including the landing ships Yamal and Azov, along with critical military infrastructure in Sevastopol, as reported by the country’s General Staff on Telegram.

Preparedness

Preppers should continue preparations in the event of a full scale war. While a land invasion of the U.S. would be highly unlikely, supply chains could be greatly impacted by a world wide conflict. Having your emergency food plan in place will help reduce risk. Learning how to grow and raise your own food will help you survive for the long haul.
